It is not only that we mention it here but since the launch of website we have the minimal items that were returned. However in case of any problems our team is always here to look after you and give its best. If you wish to return the item please make sure you return it to us within 30 days to qualify for full return. Item must be unworn and original tags should be there on it. Please return it with all the documentation to ensure fast refund.
Please make sure that you return the item with Royal Mail Special Delivery and using the Special Delivery bag available from Post Office. Full amount of insurance cover must be used before sending it to us. Please always retain the receipt until we confirm that item is received in safe condition.
Refunds are made using the same mode which is used during the payment. Please allow 7 working days to process the refund.
1) Earrings must be with tags before you return them and should not be worn due to hygiene reasons.
2) Bespoke jewellery is not under 30 Days returns policy and cannot be refunded. All engraved items are treated as bespoke jewellery so they do qualify for 30 Days returns policy. However 1 year warranty is applicable to all our bespoke jewellery.
